In accordance with the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-393 "On measures to ensure the population with high-quality products of international brands and create additional conditions for domestic enterprises to enter global value chains" dated October 12, 2022, and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. PKM-99 "On the approval of the regulation on the procedure for forming and maintaining a register of importers of certain types of international brand goods based on direct contracts concluded with trademark owners or their authorized suppliers (official distributors, dealers, trade representatives of manufacturers and their distributors, licensees)" dated March 9, 2023, a Unified Electronic Information System of the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade is being developed to maintain the register of importers of certain types of international brand goods.

With the help of this system, it will be possible to submit applications for registration via the ministry's official website and, after review, receive the approved certificate in electronic form.
