Implementation of Decree No. PF–117: Information on Execution Discipline
In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–117 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 25 July 2025, a number of measures were implemented by the Ministry.
On the activities carried out by the Ministry in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–117 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 25, 2025

In accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–117 dated 25 July 2025, the Ministry has undertaken a number of relevant measures.
In particular:
– in line with the requirements of the above-mentioned Decree, the structural unit responsible for executive discipline was placed under the direct supervision of the Minister pursuant to the Ministry’s Internal Order No. 48-I;
– as part of the implementation of the Decree, an inventory of instructions received by the Ministry was conducted. In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Regulation approved by Decree No. PF–117, appropriate measures were taken to remove similar and repetitive instructions from monitoring. This, in turn, contributes to ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of instructions;
– furthermore, in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Regulation, based on the results of the inventory, more than 179 instructions were duly substantiated and removed from monitoring;
– from January 2025 through August 2026, the Ministry received a total of 4,200 instructions issued by the Head of State. As of the end of August, 100 percent implementation was ensured for the instructions for which the Ministry had been designated as the principal executing authority.
