Implementation of Decree No. PF–117: Information on Execution Discipline
In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–117 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 25 July 2025, a number of measures were implemented by the Ministry.
On the activities carried out by the Ministry in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–117 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 25, 2025

In particular:
In accordance with this Decree, the department responsible for executive discipline was transferred to the direct subordination of the Minister pursuant to the Ministry’s internal Order No. 48-I;
Within the framework of the implementation of the Decree, a comprehensive inventory review was conducted regarding the assignments received by the Ministry. In addition, in accordance with Clause 7 of the Regulation approved by the Decree, measures were taken to remove repetitive assignments of the same type from supervision. These measures are contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of assignment execution;
Furthermore, based on the results of the inventory review conducted in accordance with Clause 9 of the Regulation, more than 140 assignments were reasonably removed from supervision;
From January 2025 to April 2026, the Ministry, acting as the lead executor, accepted a total of 3,138 assignments issued by the Head of State, with a 100 percent execution rate achieved. As of April 2026, for 2 assignments, the process of obtaining conclusions from the Ministry of Justice regarding draft regulatory legal acts is ongoing;
During January–March 2026, the execution of assignments was ensured in full, achieving a 100 percent completion rate.
