Implementation of Decree No. PF–117: Information on Execution Discipline
In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–117 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 25 July 2025, a number of measures were implemented by the Ministry.

In particular:
– pursuant to this Decree, the department responsible for executive discipline was transferred to direct subordination to the Minister in accordance with the Ministry’s internal Order No. 48-I;
– on 29 August and 14 November 2025, meetings dedicated to explaining the essence and objectives of the Decree were held at the Ministry’s central office for republican executive authorities and organizations. During these meetings, the Minister and his deputies, in cooperation with the department responsible for implementation, conducted explanatory and awareness-raising activities;
– based on the Decree, a series of inventory reviews was carried out with regard to assignments received by the Ministry, and in accordance with Paragraph 7 of the Regulation to Presidential Decree No. PF–117, measures were taken to remove repetitive and identical assignments from monitoring, which has had a positive impact on the quality of implementation;
– furthermore, in accordance with Paragraph 9 of the Regulation, as a result of the inventory review, it was possible to reasonably remove more than 120 assignments from monitoring;
– during the period from January 2025 to January 2026, a total of 1,976 assignments were received by the Ministry from the Head of State. Of these, 98 percent were successfully implemented by the Ministry in its capacity as the lead executing body. Of the total, 5 assignments were included in the Presidium minutes in September, while in October, November, and December all assignments were implemented with a 100 percent completion rate.
