Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On September 16, 2025, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between Deputy Minister Shokhrukh Gulamov and Bipin Chandra, Chief Executive Officer of EsyaSoft Holding (UAE).

Established in 2014 in Dubai, EsyaSoft Holding specializes in the digitalization and modernization of electricity, water, and gas networks. Today, the company operates successfully in more than 10 countries, employs over 5,000 staff, and reported an annual revenue of approximately USD 15 million in 2025.

During the negotiations, the parties reached an agreement on the implementation of large-scale projects in the fields of energy and water supply, based on artificial intelligence technologies. These initiatives will play a significant role in advancing Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure and introducing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of key sectors of the economy.
