Eco-active employee
In September, the work on implementing the Concept for raising environmental awareness continued: the Ministry held another landscaping and greening campaign under the slogan “Protecting the environment is our shared responsibility.” Employees actively participated in caring for green spaces, beautifying the surroundings, and creating a more comfortable and eco-friendly atmosphere.
Shokhida Shamsiyeva, an employee of the Human Resources Development Department, showed particular initiative during the event. She not only took an active part in the campaign but also regularly beautifies her workplace, turning it into a "green corner" full of various flowers. Her personal example inspired her colleagues to be more attentive to ecology and the working environment.
As a result, Shamsiyeva Shokhida was recognized as the "Eco-active Employee of the Month" for September.

The Presidential Decree No. PQ-184 dated May 15, 2025, "On the approval of the Concept for raising the environmental awareness of the population until 2030", was adopted.
As part of the implementation of tasks outlined in this decree, the Ministry held a landscaping and greening event under the slogan "We are all responsible for protecting the environment", which included caring for trees and flowers on the Ministry’s premises.
Mahmudjon Abzalov, a responsible employee of the Ministry’s Administrative Department, actively participated in the event with his initiative to protect the environment and plant trees, setting a strong example for all staff, especially young employees.
At the conclusion of the campaign, Mahmudjon Abzalov was recognized as "Eco-active Employee of the Month" for August.
"A green environment is our conscience, our future, and our responsibility to our children. Protecting the environment, public health, and ensuring workplace safety are key responsibilities of both the state and society."
