IV Tashkent International Investment Forum Opens – Central Asia's Leading Investment Platform

Tashkent, June 9, 2025 – The IV Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF) officially opened in Uzbekistan’s capital, marking a key event in the regional investment agenda. The forum has brought together leading international investors, government representatives, financial institutions, and business leaders.
In 2025, the forum is being held on an unprecedented scale, with investment projects across strategically important sectors such as energy, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, digital technologies, and more being presented to the international community.
TIIF serves as an effective platform for strengthening international economic cooperation. This year, the forum is attended by prominent figures such as President Rumen Radev of Bulgaria, Prime Minister Robert Fico of Slovakia, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adilbek Kasymaliev, Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda of Tajikistan, Prime Minister Ali Asadov of Azerbaijan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Ataguliyev, as well as heads of major financial institutions including Odile Renaud-Basso, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank.
This year’s forum has gathered over 8,000 delegates, including nearly 3,000 international guests from almost 100 countries. This wide representation underscores the high level of trust and growing interest in Uzbekistan as a dynamically developing investment jurisdiction.
A key premiere of the forum is the First National Exhibition of Uzbekistan’s Industrial and Investment Potential, featuring 90 companies from over 10 fast-growing sectors, including petrochemicals, engineering, construction, and food processing. The exhibition offers a unique opportunity for investors to gain a comprehensive understanding of Uzbekistan’s potential and investment-ready projects.
The forum is receiving extensive international media coverage, with 114 accredited journalists and media experts from 31 countries, including representatives from leading global outlets such as CNN (USA), Euronews (EU), The Guardian (UK), ZDF (Germany), Al Jazeera (Qatar), Diplomat Magazine (Netherlands), EU Reporter (Belgium), Daily Times (Pakistan), and Doha News (Qatar).
The IV TIIF will span several days and include panel discussions, project presentations, bilateral meetings, and the signing of agreements aimed at further strengthening Uzbekistan’s investment partnerships with the international community.
