To support and enhance access for Uzbek small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to international markets, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan has established a partnership with the digital platform MSP.RF. In the initial phase, more than 20 Uzbek companies have already posted listings on the platform. Plans are underway to increase this number to 100, which will significantly expand the presence of Uzbek products in the Russian market and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.

What is MSP.RF?

MSP.RF is a government-backed platform designed for entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and aspiring business owners, offering a comprehensive suite of services, tools, and development resources. Launched in 2022 by the SME Corporation in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and with active input from the business community, the platform provides online access to business development tools, facilitates partner and market discovery, offers business training programs, and includes a free knowledge base.

Operating under the “one-stop-shop” model, MSP.RF consolidates all essential services in one place—from product listings to information on available support measures. The platform offers entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals access to a wide range of services, including:

• Information on government support measures

• Business diagnostics based on key performance indicators

• Training programs and competency assessment tools

• The ability to apply for preferential financing from multiple banks simultaneously

Integration with Online Bozor

To further support Uzbek entrepreneurs, efforts are underway to integrate MSP.RF with the Uzbek e-commerce platform Online Bozor, where the first 10 listings from Uzbek exporters have already been published. The technical work and testing of the first phase of integration have been successfully completed.
