Tourist center "Omonkhona" is the best place for investment

The Boysun district of the Surkhandarya region, renowned for its unique traditions, national attire, oral folklore, and chankovuz melodies, was recognized by UNESCO as a of “the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage" and included in the list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2008. Each year, the folklore festival “Boysun Bahori” – “Boysun Spring” takes place, providing a foundation for the Surkhandarya region to enter the global tourism market. Annually, more than 400,000 tourists visit the Boysun district.
Accommodations include nine hotels, three sanatoriums, and over 40 guest houses. Additionally, new exotic and extreme tourist routes have been established, featuring the deepest cave on Earth, known as the "Black Star" or "Inverted Everest”.
The investment project is tailored for individuals or organizations currently involved in or planning to enter the tourism sector. The site is particularly appealing for gastronomic, health, extreme, ecological tourism, and pilgrimage purposes. This comprehensive project spans an area of 220 hectares and offers investors a range of facilities for construction and subsequent management, including a terminal, a market, a restaurant, hotels, guest houses, a café, a park, a car dealership, shopping centers, and car service points.
