Ecotourism center “Obi Hayot” is waiting for its investors!

Dear Entrepreneurs, as you know, tourism is one of the fastest-growing industries in Uzbekistan. In recent years, the sector has undergone significant reforms, with bans and restrictions lifted, and preferential financing and tax incentives introduced. As a result of these measures, private investments have increasingly flowed into the tourism sector—hotels are being constructed throughout the country, guest houses are opening, and it is no longer surprising to see cafes and restaurants filled with tourists.
Despite achieving over 7 million foreign tourists in 2024, the number of completed projects in the tourism sector is consistently increasing in the country. The primary reason for this growth is the high profitability of these projects, coupled with minimal investment and operating costs. In this context, our country is actively seeking new and promising projects that can attract both domestic and foreign investors.
Another promising project with a short turnaround period and high profitability, along with the potential for further expansion, is the ecotourism center on 110 hectares in the Zharkurgan district of the Surkhandaryaa region.
For reference, the total area of land allocated for investment lots is 110 hectares, which includes more than 54 hectares designated as green spaces and almost 10 hectares designated as water reservoirs. Construction projects will occupy an area over 7.5 hectares. There are a total of 22 investment lots. The projects encompass the construction of a fishery, a zoo, a botanical garden, overwater modular houses, an amphitheater, a shopping center, a complex of townhouses, an embankment, a health center, an aqua park, a yurt garden, a hotel, and facilities for motor sports, skateboarding, and go-karting, among other amenities.
Surkhandarya is the cradle of ancient civilizations. This unique region of Uzbekistan is renowned for its historical monuments and stunning natural landscapes. Among the most remarkable natural attractions are Kyzyl Canyon, which stretches 30 kilometers and features captivating labyrinths that extend for several additional kilometers, and Boy-Bulok Cave, the deepest cave on the entire Asian continent, with a depth exceeding 1,500 meters. Also noteworthy is Machai Cave, a site of early human habitation located near Kugitang Mountain, where the remains of individuals from the Mesolithic period have been found, along with hundreds of artifacts made from various animal bones, as well as stone tools such as knives, axes, handles, saws, arrowheads, bows, and spears.
The investment projects of the ecotourism center are tailored for individuals or organizations that currently operate or plan to engage in the tourism industry.
