Unigroup Navoiy Makes Its First Product Shipment

On September 22, Unigroup Navoiy, established within the Navoi Industrial Park in the Navoi Free Economic Zone, made its first shipment from its new production facility.
The first batch of more than 25,000 units of hair care products was delivered to a distributor for sale on the domestic market. The launch of shipments marked a practical stage in the commissioning of the new production facility and the localization of manufacturing in Uzbekistan.
Total investment in the project amounts to USD 60 million. The enterprise is designed to produce up to 85 million units annually. Currently, three of the seven planned production lines are operational. Two more are scheduled to be launched by the end of 2026, with the remaining lines to become operational in 2027.
The phased expansion of production capacity will make it possible to broaden the product range and increase output, with a view to subsequently entering foreign markets. In the future, the products are planned to be supplied to Central Asian countries and other regions.
The implementation of the project contributes to the development of localization, the introduction of modern manufacturing technologies, and the strengthening of the export potential of the Navoi region.
