Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade Hosts Practical Training Seminar on Executive Discipline

On July 14, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Chamber of Accounts and the Ministry of Justice, held a practical training seminar dedicated to strengthening executive discipline.
The event was organized in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-117 and brought together responsible officials from the Chamber of Accounts and the Ministry of Justice.
The seminar focused on ensuring the timely, complete, and high-quality implementation of assignments issued by the country's leadership, improving monitoring mechanisms, and enhancing the personal accountability of responsible officials.
It was noted that during the first half of 2026, a total of 3,334 assignments were submitted to the Ministry through the ijro.gov.uz system by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Head of the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers. Of these, the Ministry was designated as the lead implementing agency for 1,999 assignments and as a co-implementing agency for 1,335 assignments.
To date, all assignments whose implementation deadlines have expired have been completed in full.
During the seminar, participants discussed practical issues arising in the implementation of official assignments, common challenges, and ways to address them. Experts delivered thematic presentations, provided clarifications and practical recommendations, and engaged participants in discussions followed by a question-and-answer session.
Such events contribute to strengthening executive discipline, improving internal control mechanisms, and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of fulfilling the tasks assigned to the Ministry.
