Uzbekistan and China's CSAT Discuss Implementation of Comprehensive Investment Projects

On July 10, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilzat Kasymov held a meeting with Li Jinzhe, President of China’s China Science Assistance Technology Group Co., Ltd. (CSAT).
CSAT specializes in the development of digital governance systems, the establishment of cross-border logistics hubs, the construction of reservoirs and hydraulic engineering facilities, as well as the supply of specialized equipment. The company also implements projects in urban development, high-tech healthcare, and the modernization of public utility infrastructure.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for implementing comprehensive investment projects across the regions of Uzbekistan. Particular attention was given to the application of modular industrial technologies in urban development, the expansion of digital infrastructure, the modernization of regional healthcare facilities, and the improvement of drinking water treatment systems.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to promptly prepare concrete project proposals in the discussed areas.
