Laziz Kudratov, Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Nobuhiko Murakami, CEO of the Japanese company Toyota Tsusho.

Topical issues of cooperation were discussed, including the current status of joint projects in the energy and information and communication technology sectors, as well as prospects for expanding the portfolio of new joint projects.

Toyota Tsusho Corporation is a trading company that is part of the Toyota Group, founded in 1948. It has more than 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries and branches worldwide. The company's main activity is to support the automotive business of Toyota Motor and other companies within the Toyota Group. The company has over 50,000 employees.

Following the meeting, both parties confirmed their readiness to develop cooperation and established a format for direct interaction to accelerate the implementation of the discussed projects and initiatives.
