Organizers of the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF 2026) announce the TIIF Open - a morning tennis tournament to be held at the Olympic Village courts on June 15 from 08:00 to 12:00.

Tennis is a game of strategy, timing, and the ability to read an opponent. It rewards patience, precision, and calculation - qualities that define the best investment decisions. TIIF Open brings these qualities to the forum’s morning setting, offering a select group of corporate executives, institutional investors, sovereign fund representatives, and public officials the opportunity to compete, connect, and engage in dialogue in an atmosphere conducive to openness.

The tournament format The tournament will follow either a knockout (single-elimination) competition or in a combined format: an initial group stage followed by playoffs, where matches will proceed in a knockout format.

The tournament will be held in two categories: men’s singles and doubles (including mixed pairs). At the same time, the format maintains a strong focus on meaningful interaction and informal networking, creating an environment for building professional relationships in a comfortable and open setting.

All TIIF Active Series events are organized in line with sustainable development principles: waste reduction, energy-efficient venue management, and environmentally responsible logistics. This approach reflects Uzbekistan’s broader green transition trajectory: the development of renewable energy, the emergence of a green bond market, and a commitment to climate-oriented investment mechanisms are becoming increasingly important elements of the country’s investment narrative.

TIIF Open is part of the TIIF Active Series, a curated program of sports and social events that complement the forum’s official agenda. Now entering its fifth year, TIIF is evolving from a conference into a comprehensive investment dialogue platform, recognizing the role of informal formats in building trust - the foundation of long-term business partnerships.
