Meeting with Young Employees Held at the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade Following the President’s Instructions

As part of the implementation of the instructions issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the recent dialogue with youth, a meeting with young employees was held at the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade.
The discussion focused on creating systemic conditions for professional growth and unlocking the potential of young specialists. Particular attention was given to initiatives aimed at expanding educational opportunities, supporting continued learning and professional development, organizing international internships, and establishing a transparent talent pool system.
The participants also reviewed measures to enhance mentorship mechanisms and to develop clear career pathways aligned with modern requirements, including proficiency in ICT, negotiation skills, project management competencies, and other key capabilities. Issues related to supporting youth initiatives and creating an enabling environment for young professionals to fully realize their potential in achieving the Ministry’s strategic goals were also discussed.
As a result of the meeting, practical steps were identified to strengthen the role of youth in the reform process and to improve the overall effectiveness of the Ministry’s activities.
