At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rustam Khatamov, delivered a speech providing information about the reforms carried out in recent years, modern educational approaches, and key performance indicators. He emphasized that advanced information technologies are being introduced into the educational process and that special attention is being paid to improving the professional training of cadets.

During the event, detailed discussions were held on the fundamental transformations taking place in higher education, measures aimed at bringing education policy to a new stage, and the strategic directions of modernization in the sector.

The Minister highlighted that increasing competitiveness in the education system, strengthening the integration of science and production, introducing modern management models in higher educational institutions, expanding international cooperation, and training highly qualified specialists capable of competing in the global labor market are among the most urgent tasks of today.

The meeting also addressed the prevention of juvenile delinquency and offenses among young people. In the context of growing modern threats, the importance of fostering youth spirituality, preventing violations of the law in educational institutions at an early stage, and raising legal awareness was emphasized. It was noted that the preventive measures carried out by the specialists of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are yielding positive results.
