A document on the development of engineering education and scientific cooperation was signed between Uzbekistan and Russia

The document was signed by Sardor Rajabov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Konstantin Mogilevskiy, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
The memorandum aims to elevate educational and scientific research collaboration in the field of engineering between the two countries to a new level.
Within the framework of cooperation, the parties plan to establish advanced engineering schools, launch joint research centers and laboratories, promote academic mobility among scientists, students, and postgraduates, and support joint educational programs and innovative startup initiatives.
In addition, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation through the digitalization of education and science, the development of engineering centers and technoparks, and the organization of scientific conferences, forums, and olympiads.
