The event was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Alliance of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO), the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. The symposium will contribute to the development of the countries of Uzbekistan and China in the most important scientific areas and will open up new opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
Also, scientists from Uzbekistan and China will share their knowledge, experience and views on the future of science and technology in the field of biomedicine, serving our common goal of promoting scientific research and developing innovative solutions to overcome the problems of the modern world.
During the symposium, the head of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Professor Jorj Gao was awarded the title of honorary doctor of the National University of Uzbekistan for his great contribution to the development of science and education, and the representative of the Alliance of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO) Jinghua Cao Advanced was awarded the title of honorary professor of the Center for Advanced Technologies under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
These scientists will become part of the academic community of Uzbekistan, and their experience and knowledge will contribute to the further development of research and educational programs in Uzbekistan.
The theme of the symposium – “Innovative research and development in the field of biomedicine” – is extremely relevant, and our state actively supports scientific research in this area, strives to create new technologies and methods for diagnosing, treating and preventing diseases.
It should be noted that in recent years, funding for biomedical research in Uzbekistan has increased significantly, which has led to an increase in the number of scientific publications and the number of patents in the field of biotechnology and medicine. This is only part of our efforts to support and develop science in our country. Currently, the global scientific community is on the threshold of new discoveries that can radically change approaches to the treatment of diseases, improve the quality of life and prolong its duration. The unification of scientists from different countries in this direction makes a significant contribution to the development of human civilization.
