The Uzbek-Japanese Youth Innovation Center and JICA signed a trilateral document on the start of the 2nd stage of the technical cooperation project

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Technical University, the Embassy of Japan in Uzbekistan and the head office of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Japan.
During the discussion, it was noted that at the initial stage of the project, a modern laboratory was created in the center for young scientists and students to conduct scientific research; more than 15 young scientists were sent to the stages of master's and PhD doctoral studies at leading scientific and educational institutions in Japan.
In order to continue successful cooperation, a trilateral initial document was signed on the launch of the 2nd stage of the project, the implementation of which is planned for 2025-2029.
Thus, the transfer and commercialization of the results of innovative activities, the implementation of start-up projects, as well as the provision of practical assistance in their full implementation at the industrial level will help young people, scientists and researchers solve scientific and technical problems of economic sectors and enterprises.
