It was attended by pro-rectors, heads of departments, professors, doctoral students and masters of higher educational institutions of Tashkent.
In his report, the rector of NUUz spoke about the work carried out in the higher education system in recent years, the results achieved, the results of reforms, the implementation of the tasks set by the head of our state. He noted the role of educational institutions in ensuring stability and positively influencing the social life of the society.
Also noting the changes over the past period, which can become the basis for improving the system of higher education, he stressed the organizational, structural and legal foundations of this system, the level of inclusion of young people in higher education, academic independence, the development of legal and organizational forms of higher educational institutions in accordance with the world experience.
Professor Ravshan Musurmanov, Vice-Rector for methodological support and quality control of education of NUUz, also made a report on "Work with gifted students and organization of methodological support of schools".
After the lectures, an open dialogue with the participants of the event was organized and opinions were exchanged.
