Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The event was opened with speeches by Khusan Tuxtayev, Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region, Abduvali Xalikov, Head of Department at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Elmurod Xoshimov, Director of the “Step into the Future” Center, and Rustam Xalmuradov, Rector of Samarkand State University.

In their remarks, the speakers highlighted the wide-ranging opportunities created for young people in Uzbekistan, particularly for university graduates. They emphasized the systemic reforms currently underway to ensure youth employment and long-term career development. As noted, the state is actively providing all necessary conditions for education, employment, business start-ups, and professional advancement for young citizens.

As part of the event, various presentations and exhibitions are being held, showcasing available job vacancies, entrepreneurial opportunities, and credit products offered through programs such as “Step into the Future”, “Women’s Entrepreneurship”, and other national initiatives.

The fair offers graduates the opportunity to choose a career path aligned with their interests and potential, gain insight into the real needs of the labor market, and engage in direct dialogue with potential employers.
