Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Shakhlo Turdikulova opened the seminar with an introductory speech and noted that the new edition of the general dictionary became literally the constitution of the people, created on the basis of citizens’ proposals. Then, associate professors of the Academy of Public Administration and the University of Public Security gave detailed information about the need to adopt a new constitution, its relevance and significance as a legal encyclopedia in the future prospects of the country.

Reasoned answers and legal clarifications were given to the questions of the participants during the seminar.

For information, after the training seminars it is planned to test the general knowledge of the new constitution of all employees of the state civil service through test exams.
