During the visit, a task was set to introduce the best practices and modern facilities of Karshi State University into the activities of other higher education institutions across the country.
To ensure the implementation of the Head of State’s instructions and promote the university’s experience among other higher education institutions, an experience-sharing event was organized, bringing together the rectors of nearly 200 higher education institutions.
During the event, university leaders explored the institution’s activities in education, science, innovation and digital governance, as well as the facilities and opportunities created for students and academic staff. In particular:
Heliopark — A solar photovoltaic power station with a total capacity of 1.5 MW, which not only meets the university’s electricity needs but also serves as a practical training facility for students.
Modern Academic Building of the Faculty of Foreign Languages — Equipped with language learning centres for six foreign languages, a media studio, a simultaneous interpretation room, language laboratories and a testing centre where students can take international examinations.
Lochin Football Club Stadium — A modern sports facility with a capacity of 1,400 spectators, contributing to the development of professional sports and the wider involvement of students in physical education.
Conference Palace — A modern venue for hosting national and international events, including conferences, forums, symposia and academic and educational meetings.
Student Service Centre — A convenient digital platform designed to improve the student experience through the digitalization of services, simplification of administrative procedures and greater transparency.
“Safe Campus — Safe Student” Situation Centre — An important tool for creating a safe educational environment at the university and preventing potential incidents.
International Scientific Laboratories Centre — A complex comprising seven modern laboratories specializing in chemistry, soil science, green energy, nanoelectronics, microbial biotechnology, physiology and artificial intelligence.
The event concluded with a seminar at the Youth Centre, where participants were presented with the reforms being implemented at the university, the results achieved and future development plans. The parties also discussed ways to scale up best practices and expand scientific and academic cooperation among higher education institutions.
