Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This year, the event was held on an international scale for the first time. It was organized based on an agreement reached between the University of Business and Science and Osh State University during the Third Uzbekistan–Kyrgyzstan Rectors’ Forum, held on July 29, 2026, as part of the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The opening ceremony was attended by Namangan Regional Governor and Senator Shavkatjon Abdurazzaqov; Sherzod Tursunov, the regional governor’s adviser on artificial intelligence; rectors of higher education institutions across the region; and representatives of Osh State University and Bishkek State University.

This year’s competition brought together approximately 350 young participants from 18 foreign higher education institutions, alongside students from the University of Business and Science. Participants demonstrated their knowledge and skills in five categories:

✅ Programming, mobile and web applications;

✅ Robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence;

✅ 3D modelling and animation;

✅ Illustration and graphic design;

✅ Programming Olympiad.

During the competition, students presented software developments, technological solutions, and creative projects, demonstrating their algorithmic thinking, ability to find innovative solutions to problems, and practical skills.

One of the distinctive features of the event was that it was held in a modern artificial intelligence laboratory, established with the initiative and support of the Namangan Regional Governor. This provides young people with greater opportunities to work with modern technologies, develop new projects, and turn their ideas into practical solutions.

At the conclusion of the competition, winners were selected in each category. Participants who secured first, second, and third places were awarded valuable prizes.
