During the meeting, the existing cooperation between the parties and prospects for its development were discussed. In particular, within the framework of the project "Science, Technology and Innovation Parks for Sustainable Development" in 2023-2026, an exchange of experience between technology parks of Uzbekistan and China, advanced training of personnel and the organization of joint training programs were noted. An agreement on cooperation was reached.
At the same time, it was noted that on November 14-16 of this year, within the framework of the week of innovative ideas "InnoWeek.uz-2024", a seminar-training is planned to be organized jointly with the National Office of Innovation and Technology Transfer of UNCTAD.
Following the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the development of further cooperation. In particular, an agreement was reached on deepening cooperation between UNCTAD and technology parks of Uzbekistan in supporting start-ups, advanced training of personnel and the implementation of joint projects in the field of innovation.
