Today, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Kungirotboy Sharipov met with Caroline Probst, Representative for International Affairs of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, Andreas Schneider, Regional Director of the German Development Bank KfW, and Joachim Fries, met with the Regional Director of the German Society for International Cooperation.
At the meeting, the issues of training personnel based on international educational programs, developing dual education and ensuring the quality of education, which were put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on September 24 of this year, were supported by representatives of the Federal Republic of Germany.
In addition, it was decided to strengthen cooperation in the field of vocational education in these areas, make investments, and attract grant projects.
In particular, the KfW Development Bank proposed to allocate preferential loans and grants aimed at developing the industry. In addition, it was proposed to introduce German standards in vocational education.
