As part of the programme, members of the delegation attended the GRAND-ICT seminar, where they learned about modern approaches to training specialists in the field of information and communication technologies.

The delegation also explored the activities of Tech University of Korea (TUK) and exchanged experience on integrating education, scientific research and innovation.

During a visit to INTUBE, the delegation examined mechanisms for supporting innovative projects and translating them into practical applications. Particular attention was paid to the company’s innovative solutions aimed at incorporating artificial intelligence into the educational process.

At the Job World centre in Seongnam, the delegation studied practical approaches to career guidance for young people, identifying their professional interests and potential, and preparing them for the labour market.

Meetings with Korean partners focused on aligning educational programmes with employers’ needs, strengthening practical training, expanding the use of modern technologies in education, and developing cooperation between educational institutions and the industrial sector.

Following the professional development programme, proposals are expected to be developed to adapt the best practices studied to Uzbekistan’s national education system, improve career guidance and practical training mechanisms, and strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
