Fabio Cannavaro met with Bahodirjon Shermuhammadov, President of the FarDU Football Club and Rector of the university. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the development of football at the university, the conditions created for young footballers, improving their sporting skills, and the club’s future prospects.
The national team head coach expressed strong interest in the FarDU Football Club and highly praised the facilities at the club’s stadium. In particular, he noted that FarDU Stadium is one of the best football facilities in the Fergana region.
The meeting also focused on working with young footballers, identifying and supporting talented players, introducing modern training systems, and further enhancing the potential of the university football club in professional sport.
The visit of the national team representatives to FarDU served as an important source of motivation for students and young footballers, encouraging them to engage in sports regularly, improve their skills and strive for high achievements.
