A training and practical seminar on “Information Service Activities: Analysis, Experience and Development” was held

As part of the seminar, an open dialogue was held with heads of information services of government bodies and organizations. The participants conducted a critical and analytical review of current activities in the field and exchanged views and proposals on existing challenges faced by information services, ways to address them, and priority tasks for the future.
Today, the rapidly changing digital environment requires information services to demonstrate promptness, initiative, modern approaches and a high level of professional responsibility. In this regard, particular attention was paid to ensuring the timely, accurate and clear communication of important information to the public, preparing in advance for potential crisis situations, establishing constructive cooperation with mass media, as well as maintaining a balance between information openness and security.
During the event, the results of an analytical review of the activities of information services were also discussed. It was emphasized that establishing open and effective communication with journalists and the public is one of the key responsibilities of information services, while the quality of work in this area serves as an important criterion for assessing their effectiveness.
At the conclusion of the discussions, an agreement was reached to consolidate the proposals put forward and develop a specific action plan aimed at addressing the identified challenges and implementing priority tasks.
