A New Management Model Is Being Created at the “Yoshlik” Student Campus

The district branch of the Youth Affairs Agency and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Center operate here. Through this structure, a range of areas are covered, including addressing students’ social issues, supporting their employment, promoting entrepreneurial initiatives, supporting women, and working with young people in need of social protection.
The new management model is designed to manage the student campus not simply as an ordinary territorial administrative entity, but as an integrated environment where thousands of young people live, study, and realize their potential.
The system also assigns specific responsibilities for organizing students’ free time in a meaningful way, promoting reading, ensuring the effective use of sports and other infrastructure, and supporting talent and initiatives.
An important part of these processes is related to digitalization. Information on students’ entry to and exit from dormitories, attendance, achievements, problems related to their educational institutions, and appeals is being consolidated into a unified system.
In addition, a unified preferential card system is planned to facilitate students’ access to libraries, sports facilities, and other infrastructure.
One of the key objectives of the digital system is not merely to record problems, but to ensure that they are promptly communicated to the responsible officials and that their resolution is monitored. This provides greater efficiency and a targeted approach to working with students.
Such an approach serves as a practical expression of the principle of “human dignity” in the educational environment. A student’s safety, education, social situation, employment, and leisure time are viewed not as separate matters, but as interconnected elements of a unified system.
In this sense, the management model being developed at the “Yoshlik” student campus represents a new approach that goes beyond ensuring security and is aimed at addressing, through a unified system, issues related to students’ daily lives and their future.
