Fergana Youth Study in South Korea Under a Joint Education Program

As part of his visit to South Korea, Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, met with students from Fergana who are studying at Jungbu University in Seoul under the joint education program.
During the meeting, the regional governor emphasized that successfully passing the selection process and having the opportunity to study at one of South Korea’s prestigious higher education institutions is both a great opportunity and a significant responsibility for young people.
It was noted that acquiring in-depth knowledge, mastering modern technologies, and learning from advanced experience are among the key requirements of today. Particular attention was paid to the fact that the country’s development requires competitive and highly qualified specialists with strong knowledge and modern skills.
It was also emphasized that learning is a continuous process and that studying the advanced achievements of developed countries in science, education, and technology, as well as applying them to the development of Uzbekistan, is of great importance.
During the dialogue, it was also noted that AHA Co., Ltd had employed 12 young people from Fergana. This was described as an important opportunity for them to strengthen their knowledge through practical experience and gain international exposure. The students were wished success in their future studies and professional careers.
During the open and sincere dialogue, the students raised issues of interest to them and shared their proposals and opinions.
The event was attended by Ku Gi Do, head of AHA Co., Ltd, and Pak Jun Ho, Rector of the Korea International University in Fergana.
