Nearly 24,500 Participants Take Part in the Tashkent International Half Marathon

Today, the international half marathon is taking place in Tashkent. Five different starts have been organized as part of the competition, bringing together nearly 24,500 participants.

Women account for approximately 53 percent of all participants.
More than 2,000 international participants from 50 countries are taking part in the prestigious sporting event, including over 20 representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations.
In addition, more than 3,500 corporate registrations have been recorded as part of the competition. Nearly 600 participants are taking part in special starts organized to promote the development of inclusive sports.
Modern digital technologies are also being used to organize the half marathon. In particular, the TimingSense system has been introduced for electronic timing, while the ProRun Live system is being used for online race tracking.
The event has also received extensive media coverage. Its social media audience has exceeded 13 million, with more than 70 video materials and over 3,000 publications produced as part of the event. More than 50 bloggers and influencers have also been engaged in covering the competition.
