During the visit, the participants familiarized themselves with the plant's production facilities, technological processes, new investment projects, and opportunities to strengthen cooperation between science and industry.
Following the tour, a working meeting was held with representatives of the Ministry, the plant, and higher education institutions. The participants identified key priorities, including establishing branch departments of metallurgy, materials science, and chemical engineering at the plant, expanding dual education programs, setting up joint research and industrial laboratories, introducing a targeted admission system, and implementing retraining and professional development programs for the plant's employees.
At the conclusion of the meeting, university leaders were instructed to develop specific cooperation roadmaps with the plant, transform pressing industry challenges into research topics, and ensure the timely and effective implementation of the agreed priorities.
