Seminar-Training on Simplifying Public Services Held within the Framework of the “Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030” Program

The event was attended by representatives of the Project Office under the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as responsible officials of the Ministry and its affiliated organizations.
During the seminar, participants discussed in detail the inventory of public services, the identification and elimination of unnecessary administrative procedures, the digital transformation of service delivery processes, and the integration of information systems.
As emphasized during the event, merely converting public services into electronic form is no longer sufficient. The primary objective is to review and redesign service delivery processes, eliminate unnecessary procedures and excessive documentation, and make public services simple, efficient, transparent, and user-friendly for citizens.
At the conclusion of the seminar-training, participants were introduced to the criteria for conducting the inventory of public services within the framework of the “Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030” Program, methods for identifying unnecessary administrative procedures, and practical approaches to improving public services.
