Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The meeting discussed the implementation status of the Uzbek-French University, the Tashkent Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the branch of Liaoning Pedagogical University, the Uzbekistan–China Petroleum Institute (Xi’an), the Uzbekistan–Japan University established in cooperation with the University of Tsukuba, as well as the branch campuses of Kibi University and Anhalt University. Participants reviewed issues related to the effective organization of these higher education institutions, timely completion of construction and reconstruction works, financing, preparation of organizational and legal documentation, staffing with qualified personnel, and the efficient organization of student admissions. In particular, instructions were given to accelerate the construction of the Tashkent Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, ensure its full-scale operation, attract prospective students, and intensify public outreach on the admission campaign. The meeting also thoroughly discussed the activities of the Uzbek-French University, with specific tasks set to strengthen its academic staff, improve the master's admission process, and further develop its infrastructure. Regarding the branch of Liaoning Pedagogical University, emphasis was placed not only on completing construction works but also on ensuring the high-quality organization of the educational process and maintaining continuous oversight of the admission campaign. The meeting also reviewed the ongoing work related to the Uzbekistan–China Petroleum Institute (Xi’an), the Uzbekistan–Japan University established in cooperation with the University of Tsukuba, as well as the branch campuses of Kibi University and Anhalt University. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister instructed responsible officials to ensure the effective operation of foreign university branch campuses, maintain systematic oversight of the implementation of assigned tasks, and deliver each project on time and to a high standard.
