“TalabaExpo – 2026”: New Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship

A total of 212 institutions and enterprises participated in the exhibition and job fair, offering more than 1,500 job vacancies. In addition, to support youth self-employment and entrepreneurship, around 100 types of essential equipment were showcased, while commercial banks introduced preferential loan packages to help young people start home-based businesses.
The event featured a job fair, open networking sessions with employers, presentations on internship and traineeship opportunities, a startup projects exhibition, as well as seminars conducted by specialists from the National Bank of Uzbekistan on preferential lending and financial literacy.
The job fair served as an important practical initiative aimed at strengthening cooperation between the education sector and industry, creating an effective platform for interaction between graduates and employers, enhancing young people's competitiveness in the labor market, and promoting sustainable youth employment.
