Ministry Discusses Measures to Enhance the Effectiveness of Execution Control

The meeting was attended by senior officials of the Ministry’s central office, regional departments, as well as heads of higher and professional education institutions.
During the meeting, the implementation of Presidential documents, Government resolutions, ministerial directives, and public appeals was critically reviewed. Priority tasks were identified to address existing shortcomings and further strengthen execution discipline.
The Minister emphasized the importance of reinforcing execution discipline, ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of assignments, achieving tangible practical results, and organizing execution control through a digital monitoring system.
In addition, responsible officials were instructed to continuously monitor the implementation of documents under supervision, prevent delays, promptly resolve issues arising during the execution process, and strengthen personal accountability.
At the conclusion of the meeting, further strengthening execution discipline throughout the Ministry, improving the quality and effectiveness of document implementation, and ensuring strict oversight of the outcomes of every assignment were identified as key priorities.
