During the opening ceremony, welcoming remarks were delivered by Bakhtiyor Adilov, Deputy Governor of Bukhara Region for Youth Policy, Social Development, and Spiritual and Educational Affairs; Sadoqat Siddiqova, Rector of Bukhara State Technical University; and Elmurod Hoshimov, Head of the “Kelajakka qadam” (Step Toward the Future) project.
