To assess the implementation of these instructions and review their practical execution, a special working group headed by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, O‘ktam Salomov, was dispatched to Toshloq District.

As part of the visit, an extended meeting was first held with the participation of the Deputy Minister. Subsequently, the working group closely reviewed the activities of the district's special headquarters and the performance of officials assigned to the area.

During the discussions, particular attention was paid to the following priorities:

• establishing an accurate social profile of young people in Toshloq District and conducting a systematic analysis of their interests;
• facilitating the social reintegration of young people under individual mentorship, those returning from military service, and those released from correctional institutions;
• fully mobilizing the capacities of local businesses and economic sectors to create employment opportunities for unemployed youth.

Following the assessment, specific measures and implementation plans were adopted to conduct mahalla-based monitoring across every neighborhood in Toshloq District and to provide targeted, individualized support by addressing the needs and challenges of each young person.
