More Than 900 Graduating Students Secured Employment Opportunities at “TalabaExpo – 2026” Career Fair in Navoi

The event took place at Alisher Navoi Park as part of the "Kelajakka qadam" (Step Towards the Future) program. It was jointly organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, JSC Uzmilliybank, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Navoi Regional Administration, and the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment.
Around 150 companies and organizations representing the industrial, service, construction, banking and finance, information technology, and other sectors participated in the fair, offering more than 1,300 job vacancies to graduating students.
Throughout the event, employers and graduates engaged in direct meetings, interviews, and preliminary recruitment processes. As a result, more than 900 graduating students secured confirmed employment opportunities, with practical agreements reached to facilitate their employment.
“TalabaExpo – 2026” serves as an important platform for helping young people successfully enter the labor market, strengthening direct cooperation between employers and graduates, and meeting the growing demand for qualified professionals.
