The Public Council discussed the implementation of state social orders and new projects.

Additionally, as the second item on the agenda, a social project was discussed to create an innovative cooperative covering the population, including youth, women, and persons with disabilities, residing in the "Navkat" mahalla of the Koshrabat district of the Samarkand region and adjacent territories.
This project is aimed at forming modern professional and entrepreneurial skills, creating new jobs, reducing poverty, and improving the well-being of the population.
Council members reviewed applications and documents submitted for the state social order competition based on the criteria established by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 135 dated February 22, 2018. In particular, the alignment of the project's direction with the ministry's priority tasks and areas of activity, the economic efficiency of the budget and expenditures, the clarity of goals and objectives, the social significance and sustainability of expected results, the thoroughness of implementation mechanisms, and the experience and potential of the initiating organization were analyzed in detail.
During the discussions, members of the council made proposals and recommendations regarding the submitted projects. Following the meeting, relevant decisions were made on the agenda items, and recommendations were developed to further increase the efficiency of projects within the framework of state social orders.
