📄 According to the Regulation, only citizens of Uzbekistan who are over 18 years of age may join these public groups.
📑 Members of the public groups will be granted the following benefits:
➖ volunteers who actively participate in the prevention and elimination of emergency situations will receive additional points equal to 5 percent of their earned score when applying for bachelor’s degree programs at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, based on a recommendation from the Minister of Emergency Situations;
➖ individuals wishing to become members of the public groups must first register through the volontyor.uz electronic platform and then submit an application to the regional departments (main departments) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
➖ citizens meeting the established requirements will undergo training and certification based on a 24-hour educational program in accordance with procedures established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
➖ volunteer rescuers will be given priority in recruitment competitions for rescuer positions within regional rescue units based on a recommendation from the local “Mahalla Seven” council.
➡️ In addition, recommendations required for obtaining extra admission points to the Academy will be granted to volunteers who become winners of competitions organized by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
