During the discussions, the parties explored promising areas for developing Uzbekistan’s higher and professional education systems based on German experience, as well as training competitive specialists to meet the demands of the modern labor market.

Key topics discussed during the meeting included:

🔹 German-style dual education: expanding the implementation of Germany’s advanced dual education model by integrating theoretical learning with practical training through closer cooperation between universities and industrial enterprises;

🔹 Academic and professional mobility: creating opportunities for Uzbek students and graduates of vocational education institutions to undertake professional training and paid internships at leading German companies;

🔹 German language and international standards: establishing intensive German language training and professional certification centers at higher education institutions to facilitate students’ integration into the international labor market;

🔹 Joint projects: engaging German experts in educational processes within engineering, technology, and innovation fields, as well as developing joint academic programs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop a concrete roadmap for the effective integration of German educational standards into Uzbekistan’s national education system and for advancing future cooperation.
