Expansion of Cooperation with American Councils in Higher Education Discussed

During the discussions, the parties explored promising areas of cooperation aimed at developing Uzbekistan’s higher education system in line with international standards, enhancing the global reputation of universities, and increasing their investment attractiveness.
The meeting also addressed the prospects of introducing advanced U.S. practices in establishing university-based spin-off companies that facilitate the commercialization of scientific research and innovations.
In addition, the participants exchanged views on expanding academic exchange programs for students, researchers, and faculty members in partnership with leading higher education institutions in the United States.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen practical cooperation in the discussed areas and to systematically implement joint projects.
