Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The memorandum aims to gradually transition Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions to a modern cloud infrastructure, modernize university IT systems, and introduce advanced cloud technologies.

Within the framework of the partnership, technical and organizational issues related to the establishment of a local cloud infrastructure, data storage and processing, backup and disaster recovery, information security, and the provision of managed cloud services will be addressed.

The project will be implemented by Bulutistan’s local subsidiary in Uzbekistan, ICT BULUT BILISIM LLC.

This initiative is expected to accelerate the digital transformation of the higher education system, support data localization, strengthen information security, and improve the efficiency and reliability of digital services in educational institutions.

In the next phase of cooperation, a feasibility study will be prepared and a detailed implementation roadmap for the project will be developed.
