More than 1,200 students secured employment opportunities at the “Talaba Expo – 2026” Career Fair held in Namangan

The event, organized at Turon International University, was conducted within the framework of the “Step into the Future” program in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, JSC “Uzmilliybank,” the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Namangan Regional Administration, and the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment.
As part of the fair, more than 150 enterprises and organizations offered over 2,000 job vacancies to participants.
More than 10,000 graduating students from the region’s higher education institutions took part in the event. Of these, over 5,500 participated in direct interviews with employers, and nearly 1,300 students successfully secured specific job placements.
In addition, more than 100 students who presented business ideas were directed toward entrepreneurial activities. Similar events under this project are planned to be implemented gradually in other regions of the country.
