Technical college teachers can now receive an allowance of up to 100 percent for teaching specialized subjects in a foreign language.

The joint resolution of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education entitled “On Amendments and Additions to the List of National and Internationally Recognized Certificates Determining the Level of Proficiency in Foreign Languages and General Education Subjects” has been officially registered.
📝 In accordance with the resolution, technical college teachers who teach specialized subjects in a foreign language and possess a relevant foreign language certificate at the B2 or C1 level shall be granted a monthly allowance based on their basic salary at the following rates:
☑️ Teachers holding a nationally or internationally recognized B2-level certificate — 50 percent of their basic salary;
☑️ Teachers holding a nationally or internationally recognized C1-level certificate — 100 percent of their basic salary.
