In his remarks at the ceremony, Minister Kongratbay Sharipov warmly congratulated the graduates on this significant milestone and emphasized that, within a short period, the American University of Technology has become one of the country's most promising higher education institutions.

As noted during the ceremony, the university was established in 2024 and has enrolled 506 students to date. A large proportion of students study under government-funded scholarships, full scholarships, and various grant programs provided by the university. This reflects the success of the state policy aimed at supporting talented young people across the country.

In his speech, the Minister highlighted that the first graduates of the American University of Technology hold a special place in the institution’s history as the generation that wrote its first chapters. The event also recognized the invaluable contributions of parents and faculty members. It was emphasized that the dedicated efforts of educators play a decisive role in equipping young people with modern knowledge and preparing them in accordance with international standards.

The American University of Technology specializes in training highly qualified professionals who meet international standards in the fields of engineering, information technology, economics and finance, and international relations.

The university operates in cooperation with Arizona State University. In particular, its partner institutions — Thunderbird School of Global Management and W. P. Carey School of Business — are among the world’s most prestigious educational institutions. This partnership provides students with the opportunity to study through internationally recognized academic programs.
