The Minister emphasized that organizing the admissions process on the principles of openness and transparency, creating favorable conditions for applicants, and ensuring the safe and orderly conduct of entrance examinations are critical responsibilities of every institutional leader.
Rectors were instructed to strengthen preventive anti-corruption measures, enhance the social standing of educators, and broadly promote their work and achievements. They were also tasked with increasing the volume of content aimed at engaging young people in science, foreign languages, modern professions, and artificial intelligence.
Additionally, assignments were set to promote the achievements of young scientists and startup founders, provide broad coverage of the academic and research activities of scholars and academicians, and raise public awareness of the importance of sectors vital to the national economy — including agriculture, medicine, engineering, energy, and artificial intelligence.
