The event was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, O‘zmilliybank, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Jizzakh regional administration, and the Youth Affairs Agency.
During the opening ceremony, officials and representatives highlighted the broad opportunities currently being created for young people in the country. In particular, they emphasized the importance of reforms aimed at career guidance for graduates, ensuring their employment, and integrating them smoothly into the labor market. It was noted that such exhibitions serve as a practical school of experience for young people entering independent life and inspire confidence in their future.
One of the most engaging parts of “TalabaExpo-2026” was the open dialogue session. More than 500 graduating students participated directly, sharing their views on employment, private entrepreneurship, and career growth opportunities. The discussion also covered important topics such as the essence of the “Step into the Future” program, mechanisms for supporting startup projects, and cooperation between education and the private sector.
The exhibition became not only a theoretical platform but also a center for practical assistance and motivation. During the event, four of the most active graduates were ceremonially awarded vouchers ranging from 1 million to 500 million Uzbek soums to start or expand their entrepreneurial activities. In addition, more than 50 talented and ambitious students received honorary certificates and valuable commemorative gifts.
On the same day, students also presented their business projects through pitching sessions, where the most promising and innovative ideas were selected. Preferential loans will be allocated to help implement these ideas in practice.
Overall, this major event, organized within the framework of the “Step into the Future” program, brought together more than 6,000 graduating students from higher educational institutions across the region.
One of the key outcomes of the exhibition was that more than 120 major employers and organizations participated, selecting graduates for 381 vacant positions and providing them with direct employment recommendations.
In short, “TalabaExpo-2026” served as a unique springboard for the youth of Jizzakh toward new achievements.
