Specifically, a meeting focused on expanding cooperation took place at the High-Tech Talent Building between the management of the industrial park and the Uzbek delegation. The discussions covered the development of engineering education, support for scientific and technical projects, strengthening the innovation ecosystem, and training highly qualified personnel.

Following the meeting, the parties officially signed the agreement "On the Joint Establishment of the Uzbekistan–China International Human Resources Services Industrial Park." This agreement creates new opportunities for practical cooperation in cross-border talent services, vocational skill development, and the joint management of industrial parks.
Furthermore, an agreement was reached to hold the "Uzbekistan–China International Forum on Human Resources Services and Scientific-Technical Innovative Development" on an annual basis. During the visit, the delegation also toured modern manufacturing enterprises and advanced technological platforms in China to explore the implementation of these practices in Uzbekistan.
